Default Final Project Animation Problem, Please advise! - 04-27-2010, 07:34 PM

My final project is a game that plays multipe rounds and winner is determined by first player to three. I have written the animation for the first round. My problem is when the next round starts the objects moved in the first round are in new positions making all that code useless. Is there a way or command to move an object back to their starting positions? or do i have to reverse animate them back so i can reuse the orginal animation.

You dont need to reverse, you can set a dummy at the start ing point of the object will all that coding. Make it after the round is over, move to = dummy1 = 0 seconds, turn to face = dummy1 = 0 seconds. Thats all there is to it

Very glad to hear that and thanks for your answer. The only thing I thought dummy objects were for was camera markers. You have been a great help. This will get me back to the start position.

Are you familiar with the set pose tile. Can I use that to have alice remember the objects parts starting position?
