Alice 3 fails :( :( :( -

Ive tried installing Alice 3 twice, it took me all day due to riduiculous install times and both times it has failed to start and just gave me an error.
I've uninstalled it now, so I cant post the exact error, but some java class (ending in EntryPoint) couldnt be found - it said error path not found - and Ive tried looking inside the jar and that class is clearly there. I've tried compatibility and Administrator modes with no luck, and as I said above I've tried re-downloading and installing - it all failed  .
