Showing Items currently in a list.

I am making a board game on alice, Monopoly to be exact. I have run into a problem though, I want you to be able to view the properties you own. I would like to do this using a keystroke, for example; when you press "p" a box would pop up and show the properties you currently own. So far, when you by a property it is added to a list (if possible i would like to keep this programming).

I am new to programming, so please don't respond if all you're going to say is something like "oh you're such an idiot" or "that's so easy, you should know how to do it." If I knew how to do it, I wouldn't be asking.

I'm not too sure what you are asking, but if I'm not mistaken, then you would like to be able to view all of the items in a list?

At the bottom of the Alice window there is a "For all in order", this will go through each item in a list individually. You could add a simple "print( item_from_list )" method into the for all in order, that would display the name of each item in the list at the bottom of the play window.

You could also do a more advanced thing, where it graphically displays each property on screen, but I'm not too sure how good you are at using Alice.
