Default Takes a long time to save. - 04-10-2012, 03:51 PM

I have a student who is having trouble saving their Alice world. It is 13Mb but when she does 1 or 2 things and then tries to save it takes 10-15 minutes. She hasnt even programmed anything in yet. She is simply setting up her various scenes of which she has 5 of them. And they are not using outside objects. I have had projects where I had 100's of objects and she only has 35-50 so far.

I had another student make a file that is 40 Mb and it saves fine but it will no longer open on a Mac only PC's.

Does she have any large sound files in the world? Those usually take a long time to save.

No, she doesn't. She has literally only added a few things from the in program galley for each scene. No sound or imported files.

I have attached it.
