Race Game

Im making a race game, with velocimeter, countdown timer, acceleration system and they are all working =)
But im having some problems with the collision system, first i made some fences along the road, made at least 400, and they worked great(used: is within) but the program just checks the center of the fences, and i could pass through.
So i tried to make a collision with a wall(i changed the road texture, and thumbled it), ok worked better then the fence(used: is below) but i cant pass through the curves.
Any sugestions? Or ill really need to make thousands of fences or make a straight road?
