Need help making a basic countdown

Im doing a class project and all i have to do is make a number countdown from 10 all the way to 0. It says to "write a while statement that updates the value of a variable called seconds and displays it in a 3d text called countdown. Start seconds at 10 and loop until it reaches 0." but i tried and just couldn't get it right. if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!

if you could include the alice movie you've got so far we can advise you and perhaps point out the problems you are having.
