well if you were to take the intergral or antiderivative of d(Cabin) over cabin it would be the natural log cabin, im guessing the d(cabin is it's own varible aswell)

parabolic means a line that curves, a parabola is a curve that curves upward which is a function that has a power relationship, and a hyperbola is a line that curves downward which the function involves some sort of division, and when i say curve up , it means that the line starts low in the y-values and increases from there while downward i mean starts high in the y values and decreses from there.

Yeah, it is pretty sweet. That is something that you could use to apply to alot of games.

Nice, I'm guessing your taking Algebra II? That's when we learned about exponential and logarithmic equations and such. Sfunk and I are talking about a joke that doesn't make much sense unless you are in or have taken Calculus. It'll make sense when you learn how to do anti-derivatives of transcendental functions.

I'm taking pre-calculus, I'm going to take calculus next year. We are also learning it in chemistry too to find the pH of acids and bases.

I don't know what pre-calc is like for your class but when i took it, it was pretty much just algebra 2 all over again for us, though we did learn about trig in pre-calc, and if you haven't done that yet, have fun with it haha
