No sound files in Alice download -

I have no sound files included with the program... and I cant seem to import any. Can anyone help me with this?

What version of Alice are you using? If you or your school is using the old 2009 version, tell them to update it. Old alice versions only work with .WAV, and newer alice versions only work with .WAV and some .mp3's. Fortunately I actually had a background in encoding so this was no trouble for me.

There a lot of good free sound fx sites out there, like partnersinrhyme, freesound.org, etc. Just google them, and then download the free sound editor Audacity (google it) to convert them to WAV- I find that works best.

Thank you for the responses. I downloaded the program from the website. I am a total novice at programming, so this has been bumpy for me. I can build a computer but not a program lol .
