how do u get characters to pickup object

Can anyone help with this world, am trying to get the randomguy to pickup the picture called rfidtag,, once it picks up it should be in his hand and not as big as it is now,,, also am trying to make the letters on the square false isShowing at the start and then when the guy approaches it, it should display the letters on the screen, it does not work for me somehow,,, ,,,,,c

does this look like anything you are trying to make happen?

Thank you very much, tha is exactly what i wanted, but are you able to help me with seeing the world as fps when the random guy is looking around and then the camera zooms out to show when it is picking up and showing the letters...
