Subscribe to a thread that I didn't post

The FAQ says that members should be able to click a link that reads something like "subscribe to this thread" to subscribe to a thread that the member didn't post or reply to.

I must be going blind, but I can't find such a link anywhere on the page.

Can someone tell me where to find it.

Please see the below screenshot and let me know if you have the option to do this. (As an admin, sometimes my options are different.)
