Crazy CPU lag!!! -

I have created a space invaders game which is not yet complete. Everything was going fairly well until it started to lag horribly! My computer can run Half Life 2! why can't it run a simple game like this? Please help!!! I have attached the incomplete game.

Ok, i played it, and i found the lag. I think, the lag is because of teh hit detection method. It gets confused for when you hit more than 1 tank at once. Try separating the tanks a little bit and see what happens, if it sill does not work, then change the detection system

Thank you so much! The CPU lag is gone, but now the enemies dont detect my guy and fire! Why!?
