If you mean you want to know how to save and write files with Alice and stuff like that, I recommend doing the same thing zone's doing: teach yourself some Jython/Python. There are plenty of online programming courses for nearly every language used in computers, from Java to HTML.
Yeah, I read the first post by zonedabone but I forgot about the links, My problem was I just didnt understand the prgraming in his worlds, but I only looked breifly. Although I do know how to make a text box pop up.
I'm hoping to make a program that will load each seperate line of a file into a list! This will be especially useful for games that require advanced save games, instead of just checkpoints. Of course, these save files will be relatively easy to hack. I'm also studying a way to save files to window's temporary file folder, where they're safe!

Ok, You are giving me a giddy hapieness.(Sp) O, and I will add Jython in to my comp game now for saving games. I can not wait for this I will blow you into the water zonedabone.
