BBTheme Compiler?

Hello Alice Community!

As all of many of you know, I recently started the AODb Community Forums for Arty-FishL's website, the AODb, but I've hit a roadblock. I have managed to export the forum's theme, and now I want to edit it and remove the "Facebook Theme" text. The theme is in bbtheme format, and I don't know how to open it up. I have Googled it using a wide varitey of search terms, but nothing shows up. Does anyone know of a good bbtheme compiler?

The reason I had originally created this thread, just so you guys know, was because I wanted to get rid of the "Facebook Theme" message on the AODb Community Fourms, but I didn't realize that you could do it all through the admin panel.
