Ugh, that gif is such poor quality.

It took FOREVER to make, though, so I'm using it, dangit.

Here's the process:

-Remember which episode it was
-Find someplace obscure that had the video without copyright protection embedded
-Use an equally obscure Firefox addon to download the raw flash movie
-Convert said movie to .wmv
-Import to Moviemaker
-Cut away all but the few frames I need
-Convert to gif
-Upload to photobucket
-Profit

This may not be as easy as, say, finding it on youtube and using gifsoup or something, but I HATE watermarks, so in my opinion, it's worth it.
