Does anybody know if you can make a world with 2 different grounds(or whatever its called)??

Sure, I can't remember if the grounds are in an object pack, but even if they aren't you can just copy the current one or import one from another world template.

There's no simple "Blackout" method, but you can instantaneously turn the sky black and point the camera at the sky, if you want.

even simpler, just put a black circle in front of the camera and set its vehicle to the camera. Then make it invisible. Then when you want the blackout to happen just make it become visible.
