Here's a youtube video that I found for it....it's about the decline in Computer Science majors a few years ago and how Alice is turning that problem around.

It's official: programming will reach Argentinean schools
 
There has been a question about a recent posting referring to the website as to whether it was spam… It was not… The Alice project has a strong partnership with the Sadosky Foundation in Argentina, and Alice will be an integral part of a new programming initiative in the Argentinian school system.
