You need to use the Alice importing function, and if you see no .exe button, it means your version is outdated.

Thumbs up Mama Features .Exe Exporting

I am not sure if any of you know this, but Mama features exporting your animations as an .exe file, and you can import you Alice projects into Mama, so if you want to send your animation to someone...
