Go into your documents and settings folder and delete the folder named .alice or .alice2. Delete all of the files, download alice, and run the normal exe. If that fails, try slow and steady. (If using 2.2) for last resort, go into the required folder and run ifalicefailstrythis.exe. If none of that works, just say and I'll bring out the harder options.
