Whenever I call a method, it would reinitialize the variables, thus erasing the values that were stored. How do i prevent this from happening? Thanks in advance!

In the world properties box (on the left after you click on world in the object tree and then the properties tab in the box below) you can create global variables. These only reset when the world is stopped, thus allowing them to be used across methods without changing.
