"a" to the power of "b" -

Hello,
I have to write a program using recursion so that a robot will tell me the value of "a" raised to the power of "b". No matter what I do, the program stops and says it has an error when I get to the answer part. Can anyone help me with the formula? |

Got it.
I deleted 2 lines from the world.power function, though. Your job is to figure out what those lines were. |
