Make it so that if you change the title of the first post in a topic, the topic title changes to the first post's title. Is this possible?

I am just guessing, but if you look at his profile, you see that various users posted a variety of links to profiles of people the need to be banned. My guess is that he is just to busy banning people.

No, an admin would have to give permissions to normal members.

It can't be done in the sense that normal users just can't do it yet.

It could be done if the board's code was altered in some way, but since I have no idea how to do that or access to the necessary stuff to do that, it probably will remain as it is.

Yeah your right. They should make all the frequent users of the forums (you, jediaction, arty-fishl, zone, \ me, etc.) moderators. I think it is safe to assume that we are all trustworthy, and doing so would reduce the stress on X to take care of all the dirty work. (Since the admins never log on to check up on the forums.)
