Default Example World? - 03-29-2010, 08:11 PM

I was wondering if anyone had an example world where they have a code that allows an object to follow the mouse perfectly. Any ideas or posts will be great!

I found it in my alice files folder, but it isn't what I need.

Everyone, disregard my question.

In order to make an alice object move with your mouse, I would advice you to just use the move object with mouse event. Otherwise it's much more complicated...

Fist you'll have to get the exact ratio between the cursour's position and the rendering-window's bounds. Second you'll have to calculate the plane you're going to move the object on and the distance between the camera and the plane and so on... O_o

Good luck...

I have already partially designed a code for this, but I will need at least another day to troubleshoot all the issues.
