File menu messed up

When ever I click on my file menu it pops up, but off screen to the left where I can't see it. No matter what I do, even if I drag the window all the way to the right I still can't see the menu. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this problem. In all the programs I have ever run this has never happened before. Alice is just like a real woman, comes up with something new to drive a man crazy. hehehehe Somebody must know how to fix this or is it just me. Thanks for your help who ever you are. Surely there is somebody out there that can outsmart her. Please help.
