How do I make a timer in Alice 3?

Hi, I'm new to Alice and using the 3 beta version, wondering if anyone knows how to create a count down time for a game? I've seen alot of threads about timers already but they have all been for Alice2 so any examples given won't open for me.

I believe that doing timers for Alice 3 should be the same.
