What are some cool things to do with this program on your computer? I have seen it and know nothing about it.

Everything can be done, basically its the computer without the graphical interface. Interesting stuff:

Change font, theme etc.
Logoff, shutdown, restart. Time a shutdown.
Change other users passwords.
Handle user accounts.
Run programs.
Perform administrative tasks.
Delete system files.
Mess around with it and completely wreck your computer.

That's all the things I can think of right now.

type in "dir /s" then press enter and watch the pretty directory files flash before your eyes

You can only do it if your an administrator anyways, so its easier if you just do it through the control panel. If you want the cmd code for it, just google it and you will find it quickly.
