Mouse Aiming

I made a program in which the target cursor successfully follows where your mouse is. The only problem is that its SOOO slow! I will try to find a way to make this faster, but try it and tell me what you think.

If anyone can look at it and show me how to make it better, please do and post it in your post, thanks.
