How to pull the "Set color to" method tag

Hello- How do you pull the "Set color to" tag? I can see it when I right click on the object in the object tree and scan down to the bottom of the menu. It will change the color of the object right then, but I want the method tag. It does not show up under the method tab list on the left. It's frustrating because I was able to do it for a past exercise with the snowmen and now I can't remember how I did it!

"Set color to" is not a method. It is, rather, a block of code. You can actually drag it straight to the events, though.
