what i mean is many helicopters doing a the AI but each moving in a different direction

everyone that has posted so far on this thread is currenty logged on, wierd

ok i know you guys thought that the waiting to turnwas bad . i know but here is why. I don't want the helicopters running into buildings. Anyways someone that know what to do with lists, please help me on this, i need it so that the helicopter(s) check if they are on one of the multiple boxes then check what direction they are from the car then change direction accordingly

anyway haven't been on for a while did this over a month ago but forgot about...

I made an improved version of your original game with a building, smoother AI, and a much simpler code.

But im not trying to make it point at the car im trying to make it go around buildings and not straight threw them. other wise i would have done exactly as you did

Here's the way I would do it:
Loop inf.
If helicopter is 2 meters away from dot,
If car distance in front of helicopter is < X,
If car is to the left of the helicopter,
turn left 0.25
Else
turn right.
Else
nothing
Else
nothing.
