i am doing an exerices where it says i supposed to make a guy hold a tennis racket in his hand then swing it back and fore, i got his hands moving but the racket doesnt move exatcly where the hands going ? please help

Try going to the racket's properties in the properties tab and set the racket's "vehicle" property to the person's hand. That way, the racket will move with the person's hand.
