Default New Contest - 07-13-2011, 05:57 PM

Alrighty, there was some talk about having a possible contest on finishing someones uncompleted game, well I have a very good game to have for this contest. My Alice keeps crashing, so I figured I would throw my SMASH game out to the community for this contest to take place.

RULES:
Rule 1: You can alter the methods as you please, but moust keep the gameplay the same style.
(must be able to have a platform combat style, and it must have AI)
Rule 2: I will be the one to look through each contestant's work to judge.
Rule 3: There is no set date for the completed work to be done for now.
Rule 4: You must keep the same four character models in use of the game, but you may also add more models to the project.
Rule 5: A proper credit page/screen must be made since the models used and coding(if you keep it) were my own ideas
Rule 6: Must be a completed game
Rule 7: Have a screen for controls

Some rules may be added in a later date.

So take this game file and advance the work to a completed game and have fun with it

What do you mean by a screen for controls? A screen that shows you the controls, or a screen that lets you change the controls?

Thank you for taking the time to read this signature. This signature loves you.

I don't know. It seems hard to work with because I don't know the code. Where is the round object, and how does the player move?

a creen to show controls and possibly change them, thats up to the person who wants to finish it, but one to show what they are for sure

you just look in the events an im sure you can figure out how they move, but if you really want to completely gut the game of all it's code and start over, that would be fine as well
