A negative rating from the community minority for a service I've never heard of in the security industry is even less convincing.
A quick Googling shows that it's a
very well reviewed and reputable site, with positive reviews from well-established sites like PC Mag:

along with many other positive reviews from smaller, independent reviewers. I don't see any mentions of security concerns in any of those reviews.
The point is, unless you have evidence (a report from a reputable source, modern data, etc) that Weebly is still, or has ever been, a security risk, don't say it is.
