Default Starfox-type Game Concept - 09-13-2012, 09:47 AM

Hey I've been working with Alice for about 2 months now and this is the biggest project I've made so far. I'm looking for suggestions especially regarding making the shooting mechanics more accurate. Thanks

Interesting game. I think the camera needs to move up when the player press' up. It could also stand some some background music (from starfox 64). It's pretty cool though, for your first post and project.

You've probably never seen it, much less heard of it.....

You should watch it........

It'd be cool if there was a view where you where in the cockpit also. I know that starfox doesn's have that, but it would make the controls more comfortable.

Sometimes they don't think it be like it is, but it do.

I've made some improvements including actual bullets being fired, shooting sounds, background music and using an Arwing model that I found on the forum here, I'll edit in the proper credits later.

If your shooting rapidly, you can go into the ground.

Sounds good.

I'll give it a shot and let you know what I think.

It's fun to play, but I keep getting errors when I move to much.

Alright another update with a lot of changes including a boost that can be using with c. I have a problem however. Whenever the arwing has been upgraded and the player hits an enemy, the game freezes. I've checked for hours but have no clue what's wrong. Any and all help is appreciated.
