Problems Intalling Alice Library in netbeans

Hello. I am using Alice 3.0.0.0.64.1 Beta with netbeans 6.8 and I can't seem to be able to add the plugin I download from the Alice website into netbeans. I know I'm supposed to install the file with the .nbm extension but when I unzip the Alice Project Wizard file all I get are folders with files that have the file extensions .jar, .xml, and .dll, which of course the add plugin function of netbeans does not recognizes.

Could someone please help me.
