Need help importing custom object in Alice 3

I have never used Alice 2 before but apparently you could import .ASE files by clicking "import" under the file tab in order to create your own objects. It would be great if this feature could be added in Alice 3 or at least a feature like it. I looked through the complete "How-To Guide" for Alice 3 for help and did find mention of something called constructors, but I cannot figure out how to use the feature. I also noticed a folder called "my classes" in myDocuments/Alice. Does that have anything to do with importing your own objects?

Please I could really use some help on this!
