DVD Gallery not recognised??

Hi All,

I downloaded Alice2.2 a long time ago onto my macbook which is currently running 10.5.8 It seems to work fine.

I recently bought the textbook "Learning to program with Alice" 3rd Ed I have the DVD in the slot and after starting Alice when i try to add objects Alice doesn't recognize that there should be a DVD gallery available to me.

Any ideas?

I'm getting a little frustrated - C.

Not sure why it's not recognizing the DVD gallery, but there's an online gallery that includes nearly all of the models the Alice team has made.

You can access it from inside Alice, or from here.

Try copying (Maybe on your Desktop) and running Alice from your computer (Not DVD).
