Please HELP me! super beginner neends help with first assignment

hey guys/gals my name is chris and i could really use a hand completing my first homework assignment of the semester which has to do with alice. I can hardly figure this program out.

my assignment asks me to put five snowmen around a sphere and they are to look like im looking down on them and the snowman's are laying down evenly spaced around the sphere. please anything you could tell me would help

Im really looking for someone to help me understand it a bit better, especially if the instructor is reading this

I can help. But, please describe what you want them doing again? Because, I'm not sure what you mean by "looking down."

i mean if im looking down at the paper, the snowman's will appear to be laying on their backs, i think i attached a picture to my second post

So your just trying to have them look like in the picture?

when you go to add objects you place the snow men and using the tools on the right hand side you make them lay down
