keep score in a game. I'm making a shooting game and everytime I hit a target I want to add 1 point. How would I go about doing this?

Sounds like you need to start at the beginning and do a little studying. You can begin with lesson 100 titled Getting Started at http://www.dickbaldwin.com/tocalice.htm

I'm not sure exactly where to look. Is it okay if I send it to you to see what I'm doing wrong?

Sorry, but I don't debug student programs. I expect students to be responsible for studying the requisite material, doing their own work, and correcting their own programming errors. I also do my best to avoid participating in the development of shooting games. However, you may be able to find another student on the forum who is willing to do your assignment for you.

oh I definitely don't want you to do it for me and thats cool if you don't want to debug it. I was just saying I didn't find anything in your tutorials that could relate to keeping score

Only thing I can think of is that you'd use an if/else statement so that whenever your bullet gets close/near to the target then increment world.score by 1. I tried that and it didn't seem to work. I don't know if it's because the bullet is moving through the target or what but I'm just having a lot of trouble.
