Alice 3 Beta Error

Hello everyone,
I should add a new method in Alice 3 Beta
I can not find a way or possibility to do so.

Any suggestions please

Firstly please do not post in red.
Next I would not call this an error; you know that either you require help or the feature may not yet be implemented, either way you are aware it is not an error, so please do not use that title.

Anyhow, the solution is quite simple.
By default the way to declare a procedure (the new name for methods in Alice 3) is:

You can alternatively get a button on the procedures tab - similar to Alice 2 - by modifying a preference, like this:
