oooh i get it

so I either get to tell you I'm joining another group and it wont make a difference
or
you get to find out ANYWAY from these forums and it wont make a difference
or
you make me mad and make me quit yours

i get it now.

you make fake restrictions just to get people mad at you. Even though you've explained it now and it KINDA makes sense, it doesn't matter because you make the person you explained your rules to leave ANYWAYS.

P.S. i don't remember reading anywhere that I had to tell you when i make personal decisions about who I can help.

P.P.S you actually said "You can not just join groups at free will. I would allow you to join the other group too however you can not just do that", and although you stated I could join other ones, ITS THE FACT THAT YOU STATED THAT I COULD that makes me mad.

im back!!! FINNALY!!! got windows working on my mac again!!!

Therefore, my answer is no, sadly I'm not going to help you.

I kinda like my freedom and not being mad constantly, like I probably would be if stayed, or in this case since I was kicked, rejoined your group.

In other words, I'm mad that you told me what I CAN and CAN'T do.

This is a forum to help people with their games, not a forum to make me stress and get angry about.

I offered my services to you guys, only to then be told that I had to explain myself to you about a personal decision of mine (for a reason that doesn't even matter).

I'm sorry, but you'll have to find another modeler.

no hard feelings. good luck with your game.

So does any one know how to make an Alice 2.2 game a multi-player game?

I just started using it this week and i just found out there are forums so it would be great if some one could answer back soon.

Theoretically, yes.

The problem: it's never been tested or proven.

All the guys one the board who want to make one don't have the knowledge to do so.

And all the guys who know how to do so don't want to.

And by the way, I sympathize completely with rich0e0rick. I'd quit too if that happened to me. Notice how nearly everyone is in multiple social groups (including kinggamer).

Yeah you can (supposedly) set up a server that Alice reads and writes scripts from/to and have those scripts execute simultaneous things in Alice, making two separate Alice sessions do the same thing at the same time, effectively creating a multiplayer environment.

At least I think that's how it worked.

And what happened here is they had a good modeler, but wanted him all to themselves, so when he joined another group in addition to theirs, they kicked him from their group. Now they want him back.
