Bullet Collision Detection.

Exclamation Bullet Collision Detection. - 01-19-2011, 10:23 AM

i have a world that i've been working thats like a flight sim. the ship fires a three shot burst and then the bullets, after they run their course, become invisible and go back to the fighter and re-orient themselves. the problem arises in the fact that everything is wireframe and the bullets pass through the walls. so my request is that someone help me with the collision detection. thank you all in advance

To do bullet collision, I use an if else statement---

IF Bullet is (less than) 1 meter from *object*
THEN (what happens?)

Hope this helps. Ask more questions if u need to!
