wack a mole game

I'm trying to do the exercise in Ch9 2.6 - the wack a mole game.
I have the moles turning red when hit and stay down. I'm not sure how to tell Alice that the game is over when they're all red.
Is there a way to say when all moles on the list are red the game is over? Or should I try a different route.
