How do I make a restart button?

I have a game going on and when you die i have a screen pop up that say you die blah... And i Would like to make a button on that screen that allows you to restart the game which is basicly just like the restart in the playing the video. But i need it in the game.

I put the restart button in the world and a technical message came up (It was too fast for to remember what it said, but I think sounded like lowering the quality of something) and now the sky (a sphere object sky) is darker. I've tried increasing the light, but that only seems to make half of the sky brighter. I've removed the button but that doesn't seem to help (And now if I put the button back in, I don't get any message). What can I do to get both sides of the sky lighter or to undo what bringing the restart button into the game did?

Are you sure it did that? The button uses the same code as the restart button at the top of the play window. I think something went wrong with the renderer or something, post your world and maybe I can find the problem.

can one make a method that says if x happens then world restart? Cause I tried dragging the script from the 'when mouse is clicked on restart button' to the if/else statement, but an error happened every time.
