I know this is an old pic. But how do you make split screen

...Well, as you can see, the left terrain is a few pixels higher than the right. That is because I added a yellow bar in the middle of the screen, and added two terrains. The red one can move left and right, but the blue one cannot. It is not really split sreen..but more of an illusion
