Well i guess if someone earned it you could like give them a web link through a private message to the files and have them make sure not to give it to others but for the process of determining who to give it to idk.

Well... I don't want the people who don't contribute to the forums to be able to freely download my precious models.

I guess as long as you've contributed in some positive way to the Alice community, you've earned it.
Problem is how to regulate it so that only those people can download.
