Screen flickering?

When I move the character around in the bit of a game I made so far, the screen flickers badly.

How is alice to badly made?

I'd try a few things:
Rebuild your chrome profile.
Update Chrome.
Update Video Drivers.
Run Virus Scans.
From CMD window, run "sfc /scannow" to check for corrupted system files.
