Can't start up Alice.
 

Hi there!

Just so you know I'm new here, and I'm new to Mac.

I have the book Objective C for absolute beginners. In that book they talk about a program called Alice. To learn Objective C and complete the book I had to install the program/app Alice. I did and the installation did great! But when I pressed the programs icon to open it and work with it nothing happened. The icon grew and become bigger. But the nothing happens after that. I have pressed it many times now but nothing happens...

Do you have Windows? I heard Alice maybe buggy for mac...

If the book doesn't specify, I would try using Alice 2.2. 3.0 is still in Beta as far as I know, and will have bugs that don't exist in 2.2.

Me too. Some of his other posts seem to have nothing to do with the threads they are in and just advertise his car performance chip website.
