Background music option

Hi, first post ever. (from Maine) Is there a way that seems easy to insert in my story, at the top of the coding, a block for background music? I chose an MP3 instrumental music file that sounds good for background mood and it is on my desktop. Is there a button or coding block for music that plays just behind the story? I am in Alice 3.1
