Spec for MP3 files compatible with Alice

Hi,
I am a computer sciences teacher from Israel. I have been working with Alice 2 for over 10 years now. I noticed that some MP3 files work with Alice and some don't.

Unhappy Unfortunately the new version did not solve the problem
