There aren't any walk "properties," per se, but if you want walk animations, go to the object gallery, click on "People," and in a subfolder you should find "Walking People."
Add these to your world, and they have built-in walk methods.
Same goes with the He-builder and She-builder (they're located near the end of the "People" list), they also have walk animations.
