BUMP

Can someone convert an archer for me? Just an archer with his bow up looking like he is going to shoot.

this is an awsome archer that I'd like.

The only sub-part I really need is the arrow. Please convert for me. Eventually I will learn how to use blender but for now could someone else do it for me?
